General objetive: Strengthen the Institute’s Technical Cooperation through the joint, coordinated and synergetic actions of the Offices, the Directorate of Technical Cooperation (DTC) and the Project Management Unit (PMU).
Specific objectives:
- Determine the constraints that are limiting the Institute’s ability to provide more effective technical cooperation.
- Agree on the procedure to identify strategic technical cooperation requirements for countries and regions.
- Identify and specify what criteria, inputs and/or procedures should be used to define Technical Cooperation actions at the national and regional levels.
- Agree on improvement actions that would enable the team to overcome limitations and take advantage of opportunities in defining and implementing national and regional technical cooperation strategies involving Offices, the DTC and the Project Management Unit.
